Eligible Structure. Eligible Structure refers to AT&T-13STATE’s Central Offices and serving wire centers, as well as all buildings or similar structures owned or leased by AT&T-13STATE that house its network facilities, and all structures that house AT&T-13STATE’s facilities on public rights-of-way.
