Elimination of Benefits under Article X of the CBA. In lieu of (but in no event in addition to) the benefits described in the CBA under Article IX.A., upon retirement from M.S.D. of Xxxxx Township the teacher must meet both the following requirements in order to be entitled to the Retirement Annuity Benefit:
