Elimination of Health Risk. a. Whenever an employee's health is at risk due to possible exposure to a communicable disease, the Employer shall take all measures necessary as determined by standards established by the Center for Disease Control to eliminate the health risk. The Employer's actions shall be in compliance with this article of the Contract.
