Third Party Material (a) The Supplier must provide Third Party Material necessary or appropriate to supply the Services.

Third Party IP A. To the extent that any Third Party IP is included or incorporated in the Work Product by Grantee, Grantee hereby grants to System Agency, or shall obtain from the applicable third party for System Agency’s benefit, the irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license, for System Agency’s internal business or governmental purposes only, to use, reproduce, display, perform, distribute copies of, and prepare derivative works based upon such Third Party IP and any derivative works thereof embodied in or delivered to System Agency in conjunction with the Work Product, and to authorize others to do any or all of the foregoing.

Data Subject Rights (a) The data importer shall promptly notify the data exporter of any request it has received from a data subject. It shall not respond to that request itself unless it has been authorised to do so by the data exporter.

Third Party Interactions During use of the Service, Subscriber may enter into correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services from, or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods and/or services through the Service. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between Subscriber and the applicable third party. TOMIS and its licensors shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, or promotion between Subscriber and any such third party.
