Emballage/Packaging. Le Fournisseur doit emballer et protéger les Produits afin de les protéger d’une perte ou d’un dommage, en conformité avec les pratiques commerciales en vigueur, les spécifications d’AGILENT, la réglementation applicable (y compris celle relative aux produits dangereux et/ou chimiques) ou tout autre obligation applicable. De manière générale, le Fournisseur doit utiliser des emballages sans parasites, recyclables ou réutilisables, minimiser le nombre de genre d’emballages et fournir, sur demande d’AGILENT, la documentation ou l’information établissant la conformité du Fournisseur avec ces directives. Le Fournisseur est responsable de toute perte et/ou défaillance relative à l’emballage, AGILENT ne peut être responsable d’une réclamation pour cette perte et/ou défaillance auprès du transporteur. A chaque expédition, le Fournisseur doit inclure une liste d’emballage comprenant les informations suivantes :

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Salary Packaging In compliance with the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia’s policy statement, salary packaging shall be available to employees.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.
