eMDs’ Performance of Customer’s Obligations. To the extent eMDs is to carry out one or more of Customer’s obligations under the Privacy Rule, at Subpart E of 45 C.F.R. Part 164, eMDs will comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule that apply to Customer in the performance of such obligations.
