Common use of Emergency and First Aid Equipment Clause in Contracts

Emergency and First Aid Equipment. The Employer will furnish such safety devices and equipment as may be reasonably necessary to the safety of employees hereunder, and such first aid equipment and supplies as may be reasonably necessary for proper emergency treatment of such employees. All reasonably necessary protective equipment for employees working on energized facilities, including hard hats, gloves, and rubber boots, will be furnished and properly maintained by the Employer. Employees hereunder will use safety equipment on all appropriate occasions.
