SCOPE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. The agreement will consist of FAC, through Operations Manager Xxx Xxxxx, executing a series of specific activities (to be outlined below) as a vendor of the CED. The activities will be managed by the CED Director, who will be FAC’s primary point of contact for all things related to the agreement. The agreement shall last for 12 months from the date of execution. The agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice for any reason, in either parties’ discretion. The City shall provide a maximum of $20,000 in funding to the FAC as consideration for the work performed under this agreement, as provided below. Activities to be Performed • Business Engagement and Technical Assistance, and Cultivation of Business-to-Business and Business-to-Resource Agency Relationships FAC will serve as a primary point of contact and referral for all City businesses regardless of affiliation or location within the City. On a monthly basis, FAC will develop and execute a schedule of proactive business visits (as allowed) and outreach such as phone calls and emails, as well as respond reactively to service/assistance requests from businesses or referrals from the CED for assistance. In this role FAC shall facilitate the connection of businesses to government or nonprofit agencies with resources relevant to the business’ stated needs, as well as provide assistance navigating any processes associated with those resources. FAC will furnish to City: o A monthly log of all business calls, visits, and outcomes of interactions with dates and names of person(s) engaged. CED will work with FAC to establish targets on a monthly basis for the number and type of businesses to be engaged in the following month. o Working through CED and DDA staff to incorporate all currently existing business lists into an updated list, within HubSpot software currently administered by the DDA. FAC will also incorporate all contacts into the updated list that are obtained through their business engagement under this agreement. ▪ Through business engagement FAC will aspire to obtain relevant information about businesses such as the number of employees and incorporate this into the list. o Monitoring existing business resources and providing information on new business resources, including instructions on how to access the resource and who to contact, along with contact information. SCOPE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement resolves all issues and claims arising out of the Complaint of the Commission in this cause, alleging unlawful employment policies and practices maintained by Defendant and arising out of Charge No. 000-0000-00000 filed with the Commission by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Notwithstanding any provisions contained in this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be considered in any manner to be dispositive of any other charges now pending before any office of the Commission, or any other lawsuits pending against Defendant or its parent or its parent’s other subsidiaries, other than the abovementioned charge and this lawsuit.
