Pursuant to Board Policy FGG, Any Emergency Change Order in excess of $50,000 may be approved by the Superintendent or his/her designated alternate, the Chief Financial Officer or his/her designated alternate, and the Board President or Vice President, signed by all three approvers, and presented to the Board for ratification at the next available Board meeting.
