Emergency Defined. Section 1 - Definition Wherever the term "emergency" is used in this Agreement, it shall mean any emergency as determined by the Department Head or person in higher authority or any extraordinary workload situation, or any situation which endangers the health and safety of the public or property, as determined by the Department Head or person in higher authority.
