Common use of Emergency Evacuation and Hurricane Plans Clause in Contracts

Emergency Evacuation and Hurricane Plans. Tenant shall provide the Department with emergency evacuation and hurricane plans within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date. These plans shall be detailed procedures of actions to be taken by Tenant and its subtenants, if any, in the event of an emergency evacuation or hurricane warning. Tenant shall update its emergency evacuation and hurricane plans annually, if requested by the Department.
