Emergency Funds Clause Samples

The Emergency Funds clause establishes a provision for setting aside or accessing financial resources specifically designated for unforeseen or urgent situations. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which emergency funds may be used, such as natural disasters, critical repairs, or unexpected operational disruptions, and may specify approval processes or limits on fund usage. Its core practical function is to ensure that immediate financial resources are available to address emergencies promptly, thereby minimizing operational downtime and mitigating potential losses.
