Common use of Emergency Manager Language Clause in Contracts

Emergency Manager Language. An emergency manager appointed under the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act (LFSCA) is authorized to reject, modify, or terminate this Agreement as provided in the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act (LFSCA) and School District Fiscal Accountability Act (SDFAA), 2012 Public Act 36. Note: Inclusion of this language is required by Section 15(7) of the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA).
