Emergency Use. In the case of any civil emergency or disaster, the Licensee shall, upon request of the Issuing Authority, make available to the Town a channel for use during the civil emergency or disaster period. The Licensee shall adhere to any new Emergency notification standards as established by the Federal Communications Commission.

Emergency Use. Grantee shall comply with 47 U.S.C. 544(g) and all regulations issued pursuant thereto with respect to an Emergency Alert System (“EAS”).
Emergency Use. If the Grantee provides an Emergency Alert System (“EAS”), then the Grantor shall permit only appropriately trained and authorized Persons to operate the EAS equipment and shall take reasonable precautions to prevent any use of the Grantee’s Cable System in any manner that results in inappropriate use thereof, or any loss or damage to the Cable System. The Grantor shall hold the Grantee, its employees, officers and assigns harmless from any claims or costs arising out of use of the EAS, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneysfees and costs.
Emergency Use. 1. An employee shall be entitled to use up to three (3) days of his/her accumulated paid sick leave for any absence necessitated by serious injury, acute critical illness or death of any member of his/her immediate family, upon application approved by the Police Chief. Extension of time shall be permitted in exceptional circumstances upon application approved by the City Manager.
Emergency Use. (1) An employee shall be entitled to take up to three (3) days bereavement leave, paid leave, without charge to sick leave, upon the death of any member of their immediate family. For the purpose of this provision only, immediate family shall include son-in- law and daughter-in-law.

Emergency Use. In the case of any emergency or disaster, the Company shall, upon reasonable request of the Town, make available its Facilities for emergency use during the emergency or the disaster period. Such use of Company Facilities shall be of a limited duration and will only be allowed if the use does not interfere with the Company's own use of its Facilities occasioned by such emergency or disaster. To the extent permitted by law, the Town shall hold harmless and indemnify the Company for the Town and its employees, agents, and representatives acts or failures to act related to such use of Company's Facilities.
Emergency Use. You may use your SPOT Product for emergency purposes. XXXX has contracted with a third party provider to provide SOS emergency monitoring services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and 365 days a year (the “Emergency Services Provider”). Provision of SOS emergency monitoring services is subject to the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the limitations of liability set forth in Section 6. SPOT intends that the Emergency Services Provider will be available at all times in all locations where your SPOT Product works; however, it is possible that at some times and some locations, the Emergency Services Provider will not receive your transmission or that your transmission will be delayed. The emergency responder(s) of the Emergency Services Provider shall determine when, how, even if, to conduct a search and rescue in accordance with their standard policies and procedures, subject to such constraints as operational limitations, available resources, technical feasibility, meteorological conditions, medical, safety concerns whether for you or the emergency responder(s), and/or other considerations. In no event does the Agreement create a duty to rescue.
Emergency Use. A. Absence due to the death of a member of the immediate family shall be granted for a period not to exceed five (5) working days. Immediate family shall mean: husband, wife, father, mother, step-parent, brother, step-brother, sister, step-sister, son, daughter, step-child, xxxxxx child, grandparent, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in- law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, and first cousin, and next of kin in the event the employee has no living immediate family. The Employer may require an employee requesting such leave to provide proof of death.
