Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Pay. All EMT 1 and EMT P certified unit employees shall qualify for a two percent (2.0%) of base salary differential. This differential is in recognition of the full scope of functions performed by such EMT personnel. EMT Pay Differential is not applicable to the classification of Assistant Fire Marshal.
