Common use of Emergency Repairs Clause in Contracts

Emergency Repairs. To use best efforts to make emergency repairs or otherwise correct conditions which are imminently hazardous to the life, health or safety of Tenant or other household members within a reasonable time after receiving notice and to take other measures specified in Section VII regarding hazardous conditions.
