EMERGENCY RESPONSE BY POLICE MANAGEMENT. When a Police Lieutenant or a Police Captain is required to respond to a call for mutual aid during an emergency or disaster and works in excess of the employee’s regular work schedule, the employee shall be paid at the regular hourly rate for the duration of the call-up.
