Common use of Emergency Response Plan Clause in Contracts

Emergency Response Plan. The ICDS Plan must develop and implement as necessary, an ODM approved Emergency Response Plan (ERP), for natural disasters and other public emergencies (e.g., floods, extreme heat, power outage, extreme cold, etc.). Coordination with other appropriate systems is recommended (e.g. American Red Cross). The ICDS Plan must address the following related to the ERP: 2.5.3.3.5.4.6.1. The ICDS Plan must indicate how identification of Beneficiaries will occur who will be most at risk for harm, loss, or injury during any potential natural, technological, or man-made disaster. 2.5.3.3.5.4.6.2. The ICDS Plan must also describe how and when the ERP will be implemented. The ICDS Plan will report immediately to the CMT when the ERP has been activated.
