Emergency Response. a) Each Party will ensure that emergency response protocols are in place to address, mitigate and where possible prevent adverse effects of emergencies, on the Ecological Integrity of the Aquatic Ecosystem of the other Party; b) The protocols will ensure that the Party within whose jurisdiction the emergency originates will, without delay, notify the other Party.
