Common use of Emergency Road Work Clause in Contracts

Emergency Road Work. Permittee may remove obstructions and sediment at any time if the obstructions and sediment would reasonably be expected to cause substantial damage to resources or cause the facility to fail outside the time periods specified above. If heavy equipment is used, please notify CDFW within 14 days after completing activity using the emergency work form (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/Conservation/LSA/Forms).
