Emergency Services, 24 Hours. The Contractor shall have the capability to provide or arrange for all Emergency Services, 24 hours each day, seven days a week. On a 24 hour basis, the Contractor shall ensure that Enrollees have access by telephone to a live voice or answering machine which will immediately page an on-call mental health professional.
