Common use of Emergency Towing Clause in Contracts

Emergency Towing. If Emergency Towing cover is indicated on the Declarations Page then we will pay up to the amount indicated on the Declarations Page per occurrence toward the cost of towing the Insured Vessel to a repair facility, irrespective of the cause of breakdown.
