B10.5 The Parties acknowledge that the Incumbent Contractor is responsible for all remuneration, benefits, entitlements and outgoings in respect of the Transferring Employees, including without limitation all wages, holiday pay, bonuses, commissions, payment of PAYE, national insurance contributions, pension contributions and otherwise, up to the date of the Relevant Transfer.
