Employee Addresses Clause Samples
The Employee Addresses clause requires employees to provide and maintain up-to-date contact information with their employer. Typically, this means employees must notify the company promptly if they move or change their mailing address, phone number, or email. By ensuring accurate contact details, the clause helps the employer communicate important information, such as payroll, benefits, or legal notices, and reduces the risk of missed communications due to outdated records.
