Employee and Spousal Optional Life Insurance. The Employer agrees to provide the option for the employee and spouse, to purchase insurance, one hundred percent (100%) paid by the employee and subject to evidence of insurability by the insurer, in multiples of $10,000, to a maximum of $700,000 each.
