Employee Authority. a. Subject to the limitations set forth in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Policy in connection with the emergency removal of students, all employees shall have the authority to take disciplinary action to correct a student who disrupts normal classroom activities, abuses or insults an employee as prohibited by law, willfully disobeys an employee, uses abusive or foul language directed at a District employee, school volunteer, or another student, violates school rules, or who interferes with an orderly education process.
