Employee Benefit Plans Committee. There shall be a joint Union-Management Committee on Employee Benefit Plans, with equal representation from the Employer and the Union, to review and make recommendations to the Administrator concerning the design and administration of the plans. Any recommendation to the employer that would reduce employee benefits shall be subject to the prior approval of the union.
