Common use of Employee Benefit Programs Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefit Programs. Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee health and welfare plans, policies, programs and arrangements as they may be amended from time to time, to the extent Employee meets the eligibility requirements for any such plan, policy, program or arrangement.

During the Specified Term, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the CompanyEmployer’s employee health and welfare plans, policies, programs and arrangements benefit plans as they may be amended are generally made available from time to timetime to Employer’s senior executives, subject to the extent Employee meets the eligibility requirements for any terms and conditions of such planplans, policyand subject to Employer’s right to amend, program terminate or arrangementtake other similar actions with respect to such plans.
