Employee Benefits; Expenses. (a) During the Term, the Company shall provide to Employee the right to participate in the Company’s then existing medical and dental insurance and all other employee benefit plans and policies on the same terms as are then generally available to the Company’s senior executive employees, and not less than as currently provided to Employee, including without limitation, medical insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, holiday and sick pay, and the right to participate in and receive matching contributions pursuant to the Company’s plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code.
