Employee Discipline; Representation. Any discipline of any employee, including, but not limited to, reprimand, paid/unpaid suspension, demotion, or termination, shall be only for cause. An employee shall be entitled to have a GEA representative of the employee’s choosing present at any time the employee is to be disciplined for any reason. Employees must sign a statement if they are declining representation.
