Employee Failure To Provide Bumping Preference List. If an Employee who is subject to displacement fails to provide the Employer with his or her list of bumping preferences within the seven (7) calendar day period prescribed by Clause 19.07(d)(ii) above, such Employee shall forfeit the right to bump; however, such Employee shall retain his or remaining options under Clause 19.05 above. The seven (7) calendar day time limit stipulated by this Clause 19.07(d)(iii) shall apply unless an extension is mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union.
