Pay Statements Sample Clauses

Pay Statements. We will provide you with a Pay Statement for each month. The Pay Statement will consist of: (a) a Recipient Created Tax Invoice for Milk supplied in the month which also details the Fees for Services, and the Industry Fees for the month; (b) where applicable, a Recipient Created Tax Invoice for the reimbursement of any expenses incurred by you which we have agreed to pay; and (c) a year-to-date management report including a prior year comparison. You and, if applicable, the Sharefarmer Supplier must notify us prior to the end of any month if you wish to change either of your contact details, including banking and address details to facilitate prompt payment for Milk.

Pay Statements. All Officers shall be supplied with a payroll statement at the end of each pay period. Such pay statement shall clearly indicate: a) Days worked and rate paid. b) The number of leave days earned during the period. c) The number of days carried over from the previous period. d) The balance of days at the end of the pay period. e) The amount of annual holiday credits earned during the period and the total accrual to date. f) Statutory holiday pay. g) Earnings pertaining to "Duties Other Than as an Officer". h) Earnings pertaining to "Officers Working by the Vessel" Article.

Pay Statements. All employees will exclusively receive paperless pay statements.

Pay Statements. The Township will provide each member with statement(s) each pay period listing as a minimum the following information: dates of the pay period; gross wages earned for the pay period; year-to-date gross wages; taxes deducted by each taxing authority for the pay period; year-to-date taxes deducted by each taxing authority; PERS-LE payments for the pay period; year-to-date PERS-LE payments; any other deductions by source for the pay period; any other year-to-date deductions by source; leave accruals for the pay period; and year-to-date leave accruals.

Pay Statements. The District and Union share an interest in employees having ready access to clear earnings statements. The District shall provide employee pay statements via U.S. mail. No earlier than October 1, 2018, the District may reopen this provision to address electronic delivery of pay statements.

Pay Statements. All employees will be given a statement showing the period for which the statement is issued, the base earnings, extra earnings such as Statutory Holiday pay, accumulated earnings to date, accumulated overtime hours, accumulated medical leave and an itemization of deductions. Premium pay and shift differential will show separately.
