EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND SAFETY OBLIGATIONS. Employees must comply with all of the Employer’s procedures and policies and all reasonable instructions, in order to protect both the Employee’s own health and safety and the health and safety of other Employees, contractors, our customers and any other person having dealings with the Employer. Employees must not take or possess non-prescribed drugs or alcohol while at work. Employees must inform their immediate supervisor, prior to commencing work, if the Employee is under the influence of drugs (prescribed or non-prescribed), alcohol or any other substance likely to affect Employee’s ability to work. Failure to inform the Employee’s immediate supervisor, prior to commencing work, if they are under the influence of drugs (prescribed or non-prescribed), may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Failure Employees must not take or possess non-prescribed drugs or alcohol while at work If the Employee fails to inform the Employee’s immediate supervisor, prior to commencing work, if that they are under the influence of drugs (prescribed or non-prescribed)) or alcohol, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Employees shall also be subject to ongoing random testing to demonstrate their fitness for work.
