Common use of Employee Hirings Clause in Contracts

Employee Hirings. Without the prior approval of the other General Partner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, a General Partner (or its Affiliates) shall not be entitled to hire employees of the Partnership who at the time of such employment are eligible to participate in the incentive compensation programs available to senior managers or executives or to hire specific individuals who had been employed by the Partnership within the previous year and who prior to the termination of their employment were eligible to participate in the incentive compensation programs available to senior managers or executives.
