Common use of Employee Identification Clause in Contracts

Employee Identification. Contractor personnel shall present a neat appearance and be easily recognized. This may be accomplished by wearing uniforms or clothing bearing the name of the company. Each employee shall wear a photo identification badge or card issued prior to starting work under this contract. The contractor is responsible for providing these items.
