Employee Liability. To Seller's actual knowledge, after the Closing Buyer shall not be obligated to continue the employment of any of the employees of Seller or Seller's property manager. To Seller's actual knowledge, all of the employees for the Property are employees of Seller's property manager and not of Seller.
