EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 36.01 (a) The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be an Employee Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) consisting of a maximum of six (6) persons, with equal representation from the parties.

EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 36.01 (a) 38.01 The Employer and the Union Parties agree that there shall be to establish an Employee Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) consisting of an equal number of representatives for the Employer and the Union, to a maximum of six (6) persons, committee members. The meetings shall be co-chaired on an alternating basis. The committee shall determine the terms of reference. The committee may deal with equal representation any matter of mutual concern arising from both the partiesadministration of the Collective Agreement and the related College guidelines.
