Employee Obligations. 11.1 The employee is obliged to perform his functions to the best of his abilities and shall as far as is practically possible endeavor to meet the standards of performance as set out in this agreement. 11.2 The employee shall act in the good faith and in the best interest of the department at all times. 11.3 The employee shall be responsible for the completion or execution of the specific programs identified in his business plans or KPA’s within the timeframes agreed upon. 11.4.1 The employee shall co-operate with the employer in conducting the performance review.
