Common use of Employee Obligations Clause in Contracts

Employee Obligations. All of its employees, officers and consultants have executed agreements requiring in the case of employees and officers, assignment to the Party of all inventions made during the course of and as a result of their association with such Party and obligating the individual to maintain as confidential the confidential information of the Party, as well as the confidential information of a Third Party which such Party may receive.
