EMPLOYEE REST PERIOD. All full-time (6 or more hour) employees are entitled (Labor Standards) to one (1) fifteen-minute break in the a. m. and one (1) fifteen-minute break in the p.m. Those employees who only work a p.m. shift are also entitled to two (2) fifteen-minute breaks.
