The following bargaining units exercised the option to amend their regularization provisions under Article of the Common Agreement: College Unit Faculty Association of the College of New Caledonia College of the Rockies Faculty Association University College of the Faculty Association Faculty Association Malaspina Faculty Association Malaspina University College Unit University College Faculty Association University College Unit University College of the Fraser Valley Faculty and Staff Association Northern Lights College Unit O Northwest Community College Unit Article will be continued and will provide the parameters for regularization for those bargaining units listed above that are Parties to the renewed Common Agreement. The Parties agree that, notwithstanding Sections of the November Protocol Agreement, local parties may table in local bargaining proposals concerning the adjustment or removal of caps on the placement of employees on the Provincial Salary Scale.
