Employee to Provide Certificate and Give Notice. An employee who is eligible for maternity leave shall: (i) as soon as practicable, provide the Agency with a medical certificate giving the estimated date of delivery; and (ii) give the Employer not less than four (4) weeks’ written notice of the date they will start their maternity.
