Employee Training and Discipline. The Contractor shall train and use reasonable measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the provisions of this Article 8 by employees who assist in the performance of functions or activities on behalf of the SJVIA under this agreement and use or disclose PHI and discipline such employees who intentionally violate any provisions of these provisions, including termination of employment.
