The EMPLOYEE VEHICLES clause sets out the rules and responsibilities regarding the use of personal or company vehicles by employees in the course of their work. EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to use his motor vehicle on the Company's business.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. During the work day or employed period, where the Employee is requested to use his vehicle as a means of transportation to, from or between jobs, the Employer shall provide any necessary extra protective insurance required and the Employee shall be allowed a travel allowance, to be paid at the rate of sixty cents ($0.60) per mile (1.6 km)
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. Employee vehicles shall not be used on Company business.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. 7.01 No Employee shall use his personal car for the transportation of the Employers' tools and/or materials. Ownership of a car shall not be considered as a condition of employment.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. No employee shall furnish an automobile or any conveyance for any purpose other than to convey himself/herself to and from work.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. Employee vehicles shall be used on Company business when agreed upon by the employee and the employer.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. 23.1 Should an Employee be requested and agree to use a personal vehicle for the Employer's business, the Employee shall be compensated at forty-two (42) cents per travelled kilometer plus parking expenses. It shall be the responsibility of the Employee to provide appropriate vehicular liability insurance in accordance with current insurance requirements. It shall not be a condition of employment that an Employee provides a vehicle. 23.2 When Employees are required to work after midnight and do not have transportation other than public transit, the Employee may take a Taxi and submit receipt to the Employer for reimbursement. Alternatively, the Employer shall designate a driver to drive the Employee.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. No worker shall use his automobile in any manner detrimental to the best interests of any other worker employed under this agreement.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. The Employer shall not require nor shall Employees be permitted the use of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ vehicle to transport tools, material or workmen in any manner that would render a service to any employer that could not be rendered by an Employee having no such vehicle.
EMPLOYEE VEHICLES. The Employer shall reimburse employees for acts of vandalism to their vehicles while on school property during working hours of the employee, including overtime. Such reimbursement shall be the least of the deductible for the vehicle's comprehensive insurance coverage or the actual cost of repairs. If the employee’s vehicle does not have comprehensive insurance coverage, reimbursement for the actual cost of repairs shall be to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
