Replacement of Uniforms. The Employer will replace uniforms on a department-by-department basis consistent with current practices. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition, fit properly, and be provided at no cost to the employee. Employees are responsible for maintenance and upkeep. If a uniform is damaged or lost through the fault of the employee, replacement shall be at the employee’s expense.

Replacement of Uniforms. ‌ As uniforms deteriorate and are in a state of disrepair, the University shall provide replacement uniforms. Employees are responsible for the cost of replacement of uniforms that are lost or damaged through negligence or carelessness. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition and fit properly.
