Replacement of Uniforms. The Employer will replace uniforms on a department-by-department basis consistent with current practices. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition, fit properly, and be provided at no cost to the employee. Employees are responsible for maintenance and upkeep. If a uniform is damaged or lost through the fault of the employee, replacement shall be at the employee’s expense.

Replacement of Uniforms. As uniforms deteriorate and are in a state of disrepair, the University shall provide replacement uniforms. Employees are responsible for the cost of replacement of uniforms that are lost or damaged through negligence or carelessness. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition and fit properly.

Replacement of Uniforms. The University shall replace uniforms, on an as needed basis, provided replacement is not necessitated by the employees improper care and/or maintenance of uniforms.

Replacement of Uniforms. As uniforms become depreciated and are in a state of disrepair due to normal wear and tear, the College shall provide replacement uniforms upon the return of uniforms unfit to be worn. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition and fit properly. Employees are responsible for maintenance and cleaning of all uniforms.

Maintenance employees may replace any part of their uniform accidentally damaged during the course of their duties. Parkas and windbreakers shall be replaced only when necessary or every five (5) years.

Employees provided with uniforms shall be required to return them to the University within one (1) week of the termination of their employment. Failure to return issued uniforms shall entitle the University to deduct their reasonable depreciated cost from any pay owed to the employee at the time of their termination.

Replacement of Uniforms. As uniforms become damaged through normal wear and tear and no fault of the employee, the University shall provide replacement uniforms. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition and fit properly.

Replacement of Uniforms. Replacement of lost or damaged uniform articles shall be at the discretion of the Employer.
