Supply of Uniforms.
13.01 (a) The Employer will continue to supply and maintain (launder and repair) without charge such uniforms which the Employer presently requires Employees to wear. Uniforms remain the property of the Employer and shall not be worn other than on duty. The nature, color and style of uniforms and the requirements of each group of Employees in respect thereto shall be determined by the Employer.
Supply of Uniforms. 35.01 The Employer will supply and maintain (launder, alter and repair) without charge such uniforms which the Employer requires Employees to wear. The nature, color, and style of uniforms and the requirements of each group of Employees in respect thereto shall be determined by the Employer.
Supply of Uniforms. Coveralls and a uniform appropriate to the summer season will be provided to all stock employees. CSA approved work gloves shall be provided for all stock employees.
Supply of Uniforms. The Employer shall provide fifty percent (50%) of the cost of one uniform per annum, for the guards in the police station. The Employer's share being a maximum of eighty dollars ($80.00) per annum, payable upon submission of a receipt by the employee.

(b) When an Employee requests to supply their own uniform, the nature, colour and style of the uniform shall be determined by the Employer. The Employee request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Supply of Uniforms i) The Contractor shall supply uniforms (as may be required by the Contractor) for which the employee will not be charged, except as noted below; Uniforms shall not include footwear, underwear, gloves and/or mitts.
ii) Furnished uniforms, excluding shirts, shall be cleaned and maintained at the Contractor's expense;
iii) Uniforms and equipment issued by the Contractor shall be returned by the employee, on termination of employment, to the senior authority of the Contractor on the Project Site. An employee shall be held responsible for proven negligent misuse or damage to uniforms and equipment.
Supply of Uniforms. Each LRV Operator shall, upon successful completion of formal training as an LRV Operator, be furnished with his/her first uniform; consisting of the following: 1-hat; 1-jacket; 1-vest; 2-trousers; 6-shirts; 1-tie; 1-hat badge and 1-name badge.
Supply of Uniforms. All full time Team Members will receive three supplied company shirts upon commencement as a full time Team Member, after probationary period. Part time and casual staff will receive 3 company shirts at the discretion of Management (after probationary period). Replacement shirts will be provided subject to normal “wear and tear”.
