Common use of Employee With One (1) Year Service Clause in Contracts

Employee With One (1) Year Service. An employee, other than one to whom Section (b) applies, who has completed one (1) but less than four (4) years' service shall at the end of the vacation year be entitled to a paid vacation of fifteen (15) working days. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's rate of pay as at the time he/she takes his/her vacation.

Employee With One (1) Year Service. An employee, other than one to whom Section (b) applies, employee who has completed one (1) ), but less than four ten (410) years' years service shall at the end of the vacation year year, shall be entitled to a paid vacation of three (3) calendar weeks (fifteen (15) working days). Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's rate of pay as at the time he/she the employee takes his/her that vacation.

An employee, other than one to whom Section (b) applies, employee who has completed one (1) but less than four nine (49) years' years service shall at the end of the vacation year shall be entitled to a paid vacation of fifteen three (153) working dayscalendar weeks. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's classified rate of pay as at the time he/she takes his/her his vacation.
