Common use of Employee With One (1) Year Service Clause in Contracts

Employee With One (1) Year Service. An employee who has completed one (1) but less than nine (9) years service at the end of the vacation year shall be entitled to a paid vacation of three (3) calendar weeks. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's classified rate of pay as at the time he/she takes his vacation.
