Employee Workplans. Each employee, with the input of their supervisor shall create an individual workplan, outlining goals, objectives and success measurements for their work over the next six (6) months or year. The workplan will explicitly include how the employee is integrating racial justice and equity into their work, how they are working to build an anti-racist institution, and/or the professional development and resources they need in order to do so. Weekly check-in meetings between the employee and their supervisor shall include reference, as appropriate, to an employee’s current workplan to assess progress toward stated goals and priorities. With their supervisor’s approval, adjustments shall be made to the workplan to reflect any changes to the employee's role and responsibilities, or to shift projects in order to achieve a more sustainable workload.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).
