In order to maintain and enhance Company’s standing and integrity in the business community, the business and personal conduct of Employee shall be totally professional and above reproach; and Employee shall at all times observe the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy in Employee’s behavior with the public, colleagues, employees, customers and competitors.
