EMPLOYEES COVERED BY COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS. 11.1 Where an employee under a Collective Agreement has a leave entitlement which is different than the entitlement specified in this policy, the provisions of the Collective Agreement shall apply. 1. Section 48(5) of the Public Schools Act, Chapter P250 of the Statutes of Manitoba applies to the granting of Leaves of Absence. 2. Section 44(1) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Chapter W210 of the Statutes of Manitoba applies to the granting of leave. The Winnipeg School Division Teachers - Page 11 1 The Division employs the teacher and the teacher accepts employment with the Division beginning on 2 The teacher will be employed [strike out the clause that does not apply] (a) full-time; or (b) part-time, for the following portion of full-time employment:
